With just your original Mixtec order number and a description of what you need we can supply any part for any Mixtec mixer. In our own fabrication shop we can customer build adapters and mounting plates to replace a proprietary gearbox or motor with commercially available options.
The most common wet end order involves upgrading from lined impellers and shafts to titanium or Hastelloy. Contact us with your Mixtec job number or detailed info your non-Mixtec agitator and we'll work through your upgrade needs and options with you.
Need shelf spare gearbox? Want to replace an old worn out gearbox? If we supplied the unit to begin with we just need job number. If the mixer was supplied by someone else, send us nameplate info, drawings, and anything else you have so we can find a match. Or schedule a visit by one of our representatives.
Did "something" fall into your tank and break one of your impellers? Sounds strange, but it actually happens. We fabricate couplings, impellers, shafts, and bases in house and can usually ship these in under two weeks. Contact us with your original order number.
Only very large mixers or mixers in extreme locations typically require any spares in the first two years. However, the most common item included in orders, or shortly after the order, is a gearbox service kit with new seals and bearings. Contact us to work through your needs and help you get what you need up front.
All of our motors are commercially available and chosen based on the customers duty specifications. We can supply a spare with your order or a replacement any time you like, even for mixers not supplied by us.
Most mixing system suppliers model numbers don't provide any of the most useful information needed to provide replacement parts. These include HP, Gearbox turndown, shaft length or diameter, impeller type or diameter, or materials of construction. OEM drawings and actual nameplate info are usually what we need. Just get us what you have and we'll work with you on the solution.
