Direct Drive or Gear Driven Side Entry Mixers
The 5000 Series mixers are simple pedestal mixers incorporating a shut-off device for easy seal maintenance, mounted horizontally with the seal arrangement of the customers choosing. This shutoff device allows the drive and seal to be removed without draining the contents of the tank.
The 5050 series is a Direct Drive side entry mixer for smaller simpler applications that do not require complicated sealing arrangements.
These two series are our most common, with most applications typically under 40 HP.
Belt Driven Side Entry Mixers
The 5500 Series is a V-belt driven side entry mixer incorporating a shut-off device for easy seal maintenance. The 5500 series is extensively used in Pulp and Paper applications and range from 7.5 HP to 60 HP.
